The EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) model is one of the most widely used methods for large-scale infrastructural and energy investments. It covers the full scope of activities—from project documentation preparation and selection and supply of technology and equipment, all the way to organizing the construction process and commissioning the installation. The key feature of this formula is the transfer of responsibility for the entire investment to the general contractor, which gives the investor a guarantee of timely execution and cost control.
