This Privacy Policy applies to your personal data as a user of the website (hereinafter “Users”) operating at the address www.primepv.pl (hereinafter “the Service”), as well as other persons indicated in this Privacy Policy.
Our Privacy Policy is governed by Polish law and complies with the GDPR.

Prime PV P.S.A., together with Prime PV Construction sp. z o.o., with its registered office in (80-868) Gdańsk, ul. Marynarki Polskiej 163, NIP: 5833423023, entered into the register kept by the District Court Gdańsk-Północ in Gdańsk, VII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under number KRS: 0001015786, are co-administrators of your personal data.

What is Involved in the Co-administration of Data?
Prime PV P.S.A. and Prime PV Construction sp. z o.o. jointly determine the purposes and methods of processing your personal data within the framework of business cooperation.
The co-administrators have agreed that Prime PV P.S.A. will be responsible for the processing and securing of personal data processed by the co-administrators within the scope of achieving the common goals.
Prime PV P.S.A. will act as the Data Processing Leader, which means that Prime PV P.S.A. fulfills all obligations towards you arising from the provisions on personal data protection. To implement the rights resulting from the GDPR, which are described below, we recommend submitting the relevant application to Prime PV P.S.A. If you contact Prime PV Construction sp. z o.o., the request will be forwarded to Prime PV P.S.A.

The preferred way to contact us regarding matters related to personal data protection is via e-mail.
To properly identify you, we ask that you always provide your name, surname, phone number, and e-mail, and also the name of the entity on whose behalf you acted or are acting. In case of doubts related to identification, we may ask you to provide additional data or information.
Source and Scope of Processed Data
We collect your personal data that has been transferred to us through the Service.
Within the scope of the personal data transferred to us, we may process primarily: name, surname, delivery address, e-mail address, phone number, or the name of the company or entity you represent.
We ask that you do not send personal data beyond the scope necessary to handle the given matter or respond to the inquiry. We reserve the right to immediately delete such data, even without prior contact with you.
The Data Administrator has enabled the transfer of contact data and data related to land leasing through the contact form. By submitting the form, you consent to the processing of the data contained in the form. The data transferred in this way will be used to prepare a personalized land lease offer.
Legal Basis and Purposes of Personal Data Processing
Your data will be processed:
- Based on your expressed consent (basis Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a of the GDPR). Consent is necessary, among other things, to enable us to send you an offer.
- To undertake actions related to the possible conclusion of a contract with you in the future (Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b of the GDPR).
- In case of inquiries regarding specific data processing, for the purpose of providing an answer and possibly concluding a contract.
- For the realization of our legally justified interests for the purpose of contacting you (basis Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f of the GDPR). We contact you to provide information on the procedure in a given matter or to process a complaint.
- For the realization of our internal administrative purposes, including internal statistics, which are the realization of our legally justified interest (basis Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f of the GDPR). We conduct internal statistics for the purpose of optimizing customer service processes.
- For archival (proof) purposes, which is the realization of our legally justified interest to secure information in case of a legal need to prove facts (basis Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f of the GDPR). We store and secure personal data for the needs of eventual future tax or civil proceedings.
- For the purpose of eventual establishment, assertion, or defense against claims, which is the realization of our legally justified interest (basis Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f of the GDPR). We store and secure personal data for at least up to the expiration of limitation periods resulting from civil law regulations.
Consent
Please note that providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to use our Service.
In the case of persons under the age of 16, consent should be given or confirmed by a parent or guardian.
Automation of Processing
Your data will not be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling.
Categories of Data Recipients
Your personal data may be transferred to authorized entities based on legal regulations and to a limited extent to entities with whom we constantly cooperate, such as teleinformation systems companies, website hosting companies, law firms, or courier companies delivering parcels to you.
We will make every effort to ensure that the transferred information is always necessary and adequate to achieve the intended goals.
Data Transfer
We will not transfer your personal data outside the territory of the Republic of Poland.
Data Retention Period
We store your data for the period necessary to fulfill the contract and for the time specified in binding legal regulations, but no longer than is necessary for the purposes resulting from our or your legally justified interests, i.e., among others, to pursue claims arising from ongoing proceedings. Data related to the issued invoice will be processed by us until the expiration of the tax liability period or the duration of possible warranty periods or limitation periods. If you have consented to the processing of your data for specific purposes, such as marketing activities, your data will be stored until the moment of withdrawal of consent.
Your Rights under the GDPR
GDPR regulations allow for the effective management of your personal data, and therefore you can:
- Exercise the right to object, i.e., receive information about the consents given and revoke some of them.
- Exercise the right to rectification (right of access to data and right to rectification of data) in simple and transparent ways to change your address or other personal data.
- Exercise the right to be forgotten, i.e., the right to request the deletion of your data.
- Exercise the right to be informed, by having the opportunity to learn about the basic information about the processing of your personal data by us.
- Exercise the right to notification, if a data breach occurs in our system, you should be notified within 72 hours.
- Exercise the right to restriction of processing, if you want us to stop processing data associated with your account.
The recommended and fastest way to exercise your rights is to use the e-mail address indicated by the co-administrators. Nevertheless, we will make every effort to fulfill your requests that are submitted in any other form, including paper form.
In the event of submitting an application in a different form than e-mail, we reserve the right to verify your identity. Due to the need for effective verification of your identity, the time needed for us to process the submitted application may be extended, and you will be informed about the cause of the delay without delay.
Submitting an application in a form other than e-mail may extend the response time up to 30 days. In objectively complicated cases, the above deadline may be extended to two months, of which you will be informed immediately.
Right to Lodge a Complaint
In justified cases, you may lodge a complaint with the supervisory body – the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
Cookies and Log Files
We inform you that, the moment you connect to the Service, system logs will show information about the number (including IP) and type of your end device from which you connect to the Service. We inform you that we will process them in accordance with applicable law, including data on the number and type of your end device, as well as the time of your connection to the Service and other operational data concerning your connection to the Service. Other Provisions
We collect and store personal data with due diligence. In the case of data processing in electronic form, it will be stored on secured servers and in IT systems by our hosting companies and based on a separate agreement (so-called data processing entrustment agreement). In the case of data processing in paper form, it will be stored in locked cabinets, in rooms secured with an additional key access lock and alarm system.
Changes to the Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may require updates from time to time, e.g., due to the introduction of new services or changes in the technology used. We reserve the right to change or supplement the Privacy Policy at any time. Changes will be published on www.primepv.pl.
